The history of the tavern somewhere begins in the 1940s, when Nick Vrontis together with his wife Danai, open an inn that operates simultaneously as a small restaurant and supermarket. The name and style remains until the 60s where changes to "Arbor" because of megaloprepoys vine which dominates the center of the courtyard. The current name hydrangea force since 1970.
