The tavern is located in Lower Hydrangeas Katihori Pelion, about 20 minutes from Volos and about five minutes from Portaria. With a long history since the 1940s, corsages the Hydrangeas offer traditional handmade Pelion dishes (both main dishes with the garnish, and the salads and appetizers) in a green environment, adorned with hundreds of colorful hydrangeas. Worth a visit during the summer months, where the heat in the city is unbearable. The dense vegetation and Pelion waters refresh you immediately and may need a thick sweatshirt not chill! After lunch we will offer traditional sweet (quince or sweet raspberry yoghurt etc.).
In my opinion, this is one of the few traditional tavernas worth someone to go to enjoy traditional food combining it with really beautiful surroundings!
