About a year "owed" these few lines to my very good friends (the easy and the difficult ...) -and the countryman MY Akis Theiako, the smiling and wonderful cook wife Dimitra, the son Niko. I'm late, but better late. And forgive me, my good friends. What matters is not how I forgot ... This beautiful, welcoming family with patriotic concerns, political "anypotachti" flower petals but at the same time permanently smiling, has a beautiful tavern in the magical Pelion. "Hydrangeas" name, although the hydrangeas are not the only ornament. Located in an area - breath for the traveler and not only. In the middle of the route from Volos to Portaria there a turn you will see the sign that leads to Katichori. Take the road and about one kilometer (there are road signs) find the tavern. And ... you are left to the magic of the landscape, the hospitality of the owners of the tavern and the delicious dishes with ingredients purity, home cooked ... what you need to provoke. Dream! But the company unique -You xanapo- the pure Greek hospitality Akis, Demeter, Nikos. You feel hot, unique heat. The whole process is a challenge for ... deipnosofisteia (tavern course is open for lunch and dinner)!
And in the end another surprise for those who are lovers of sweets. But not to be done! The handmade, homemade cakes are another treat! Go, people these days find yourself in the beautiful Pelion, those who visit the site any time of year. Well, the locals do not discuss, know it well ...
