He was approaching the birthday of my daughter and I wanted to find a chocolate base soft, but resistant to sugar paste, so I investigated mauve among my friends "pastry" and the talented Valeria de "Pies on the wall," I suggested this of SweetAle.
The filling of this pie is a soft Bavarian strawberry filling that has become one of my favorites because in addition to consent to any taste can be dosed in texture making it perfect for any occasion!
In a small saucepan heat the milk with the vanilla until boiling, meanwhile beat the egg yolks with 80 grams of sugar. Once cooled the mixture will be very solid, knead with electric whisk and then add the cream already mounted. I recommend you add the cream a little at a time while continuing to mount with the whisk until you have achieved the desired consistency.
